The 2019 Waupaca Area Triathlon returns over $10,000 to local civic groups. Organizations included:  Waupaca County Amateur Radio Emergency Services (ARES); Boy Scout Troup 634; Lions of Waupaca; ThedaCare Waupaca Auxiliary; Waupaca High School Dance Team; Chain Skiers; VFW Post 1037 Auxiliary; Rotary Club of Waupaca; Waupaca International Cultural Exchange Committee; Waupaca Historical Society; Scandinavia Public Library; Shepherd of the Lakes Church; Mission of Hope; Waupaca Area EMTs; Waupaca High School Honor Society; ABC Church Amherst; Waupaca Secret Service; Waupaca High School Music Department; Waupaca High School Soccer Team; Waupaca Curing Club; and Waupaca County Humane Society.
