

1. Bright colored swim caps must be worn |
2. Swimmers will go out in waves of 50. |
3. Waves will go out every 2 minutes. |
4. Land start. You may walk as long as you like |
5. Swim to the left of the buoys going out and on return. |
| 6. You not be disqualified if you need to hang on to the buoy line or lifeguard float. |
| 7. You will be disqualified if a lifeguard has to assist you to the float or shoreline. |
8. Relay swimmers will be in the last waves. |
BIKE RULES |

| 1. No drafting. The Bike patrol will call it and a 2 minuute penalty will be issued. |
| 2. Only participants are allowed in the transition area. |
3. You must walk the bike out of the transition area and dismount and walk when returning. |
| 4. Helmets must be worn/snapped on before leaving the transition area. You will be disqualified if no helmet. |
| RUN RULES |

1. Number must be visibly worn when crossing the finish line. |
2. Others may assist with handing you eyewear. No other assists. |
| RELAY RULES |

1. Hand off is in the transition area at your assigned bike rack. |
2. All three entrants have to be marked. |
3. Only the runner wears the number. |
